Nitrocellulose Thinner
Nitrocellulose Thinner is a specially formulated solvent blend used primarily for dissolving and reducing the viscosity of nitrocellulose-based paints, lacquers, coatings and inks. It provides good solvency, evaporation characteristics and application performance, making it suitable for industrial coating and printing applications.
Nitrocellulose, a mixture of nitric esters of cellulose, and a highly flammable compound that is the main ingredient of modern gunpowder and is also employed in certain lacquers and paints

Why is it called "Hot" Thinner?
“Hot” does not necessarily mean that the thinner is supplied hot. In solvent terminology, a hot solvent generally means a solvent or solvent blend with strong solvency/power toward a particular resin or coating system.
A hot thinner can therefore dissolve or reduce the viscosity of certain resins more aggressively than a mild thinner.
Important
The exact composition of Hot Thinner is not universal. Commercial formulations may contain combinations of solvents such as ketones, esters, aromatic hydrocarbons and other organic solvents, depending on the paint/resin system.
Therefore, if you are planning to make RXSOL Hot Thinner, the exact formulation should be based on the intended application—for example NC paint thinner, PU thinner, epoxy thinner, automotive paint thinner, or general industrial thinner. The flash point, evaporation rate, VOC content and resin compatibility will depend on the formulation.
Normally paint thinner is used to remove oil-based paint from brushes, rollers, equipment and surfaces. However, there are many other applications and uses for paint thinner saving you money and time.
A paint thinner can also be used to 'thin' or reduce the viscosity of paint so it can be used in sprayer applicators. Another important use that most people are not aware of, is that paint thinner can be used to prevent paint from hardening when it has been left open. Paint thinners should not be used with latex paints, shellac or lacquers.
A paint thinner can be used to clean your equipment and tools once you have finished your job, especially when you have been using oil-based paint.

Do not take internally. Splashes of the product or its solutions on the skin or clothing should washed immediately with cupious amount of water . If the eyes are affected should be washed with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medicals attention sought immediately. Keep drums tightly closed when not in use.
